White Pine Camp - The 1926 Summer White House

White Pine Camp is unique among the Adirondack "Great Camps" with its beautiful landscaping, distinctive rustic yet modern architecture, and interesting history, including serving as Presidents Calvin Coolidge's 1926 Summer White House.

White Pine Camp is open to the public on a limited basis by guided tour only. Guided tours take 2 hours and include many White Pine Camp's buildings and grounds including:

  • Woodland and Lakeside Paths
  • Bridge to an Island
  • Japanese Tea House
  • Dining Room
  • Guest Cabins
  • Boat House
  • Tennis House
  • Bowling Alley

Public tours are offered on Saturdays from July through Labor Day Weekend at 10 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. Reservations are not required but space is limited. For more information, call Adirondack Architectural Heritage at 518-834-9328.

Large groups (15 or more persons) and bus tours may be scheduled any day throughout the year. For reservations, call White Pine Camp at 518-327-3030.
